  • Do you provide operation training or installation guidance?

    Yes. We can provide detailed user manuals, installation videos, and online technical guidance. For large orders, we can also dispatch engineers to your site for technical support (terms to be negotiated separately).

  • What is your warranty policy?

    We provide a warranty period for all products. During the warranty period, any quality issues caused by raw materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced free of charge. We are committed to providing you with long-term technical support.

  • Can you handle the shipping and customs clearance?

    Yes, we can. With extensive experience in international trade, we can offer DAP, DDP, and other terms. We can act as your capable partner to arrange door-to-door shipping and handle destination customs clearance through our reliable freight forwarder agents.

  • What is your lead time?

    For in-stock items, we can ship within 10 days. For regular orders, the typical production lead time is 30 days. The exact lead time depends on the order quantity and product complexity. We will confirm the exact delivery date with you before order confirmation.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We support multiple secure payment methods, including T/T (Bank Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit). Specific terms will be clarified in the proforma invoice and contract.

    The reference prices on our website are typically the unit price under EXW terms. The final quotation will be based on your order quantity, packaging requirements, destination, and chosen trade terms. We will provide you with a clear and detailed proforma invoice (PI).
