The 5MWh energy storage container adopts an advanced liquid-cooling system that enables precise thermal management across high-density battery modules. Compared with traditional air-cooled solutions, liquid cooling improves temperature uniformity, enhances system stability, and supports consistent performance under continuous high-load operation. This thermal design plays a critical role in extending battery lifespan and maintaining long-term operational reliability.
A highly integrated system architecture consolidates battery racks, power control units, monitoring systems, and safety protection within a standardized container structure. This integration reduces on-site installation complexity and supports faster project deployment. An intelligent control platform enables real-time remote monitoring of system status, including temperature distribution, energy flow, and operational parameters, allowing operators to respond quickly to changing conditions.

Multiple layers of protection are built into the system to manage electrical, thermal, and operational risks. The combination of LFP battery chemistry, liquid cooling, and intelligent monitoring enhances overall system safety while supporting efficient energy utilization. The optimized balance between performance, thermal control, and system integration contributes to improved operational efficiency and long-term cost effectiveness for large-scale energy storage deployments.
The Outdoor Liquid-Cooled Container – 5MWh is a large-scale centralized energy storage solution developed for utility-level and grid-side energy storage projects that require ultra-high capacity, long service life, and precise thermal control. This system is designed to support intensive energy dispatch, long-duration operation, and intelligent power management in demanding environments.
The container integrates all-new Grade A LFP battery cells, delivering stable electrochemical performance and strong consistency across large battery arrays. With a cycle life of up to 8000 cycles, the system supports long-term, high-frequency charge and discharge operations, making it suitable for renewable energy integration, grid stabilization, peak regulation, and long-duration energy shifting. The 5MWh capacity enables centralized deployment for large energy storage stations and utility-scale projects.
Designed for outdoor installation, the container features an IP67 protection level, providing strong resistance to dust ingress, water exposure, and harsh environmental conditions. The system supports both on-grid and off-grid operating modes, allowing it to participate in grid services while maintaining independent power supply capability when required. Compliance with FCC, CE, UN38.3, and MSDS standards supports international deployment, transportation safety, and regulatory alignment for large-scale energy storage projects.
